Below is the schedule of events. Please print and have with you for reference.

Friday

8:00 - 8:40 Breakfast - meatless egg and potato casserole available, priced individually or included in Meal Package.

8:40 Rosary in the church.

9:00 - 10:30 Group vocal session. Men work with professional voice teacher Dr. Bradley Thompson of Metro State University of Denver; women work with professional voice teacher Michelle Thompson of Metro State University of Denver. Learn/review the Missa Brevis by Palestrina and Di Lasso hymns while focusing on vocal basics and individual improvement.

10:45 - 12:15 Group vocal session 2: continue working on Missa Brevis and Di Lasso hymns with men and women separate.

12:15 - 1:00 Lunch - tuna salad, veggies, and fruit salad, priced individually or included in Meal Package.

1:00 - 2:30 Group vocal session with Bradley and Michelle Thompson, recombining all parts to focus on ensemble singing and blending of Missa Brevis and hymns.

2:30 - 3:30 Recreation - foosball, air hockey, volleyball, basketball, ping pong, and other games available. This would alsobe a good time to practice open Mic selections - private practice areas available in classroom wing.

3:30 - 4:45 Gregorian chant - work on technique while leaning Mass X for the 6pm Mass.

5:00 - 5:45 Practice hymns for 6pm Mass.

6:00 - 6:45 High Mass (Gregorian Mass X).

6:45 - 7:30 Dinner and clean-up - pizza (gluten free available by request) and dessert. Included in meal package or priced individually.

7:30 - 9:00 Open Mic

Saturday

8:00 - 8:40 Warmup and practice for the Solemn High Mass.

8:40 - 9:00 Rosary in the church.

9:00 - 10:40 Solemn High Mass - Palestrina Missa Brevis.

10:40 - 11:10 Breakfast - breakfast casserole, priced individually or included in Meal Package.

11:15 - 12:15 Group vocal session: men work with Dr. Bradley Thompson and women work with Michelle Thompson on the Missa Della Battaglia by Anerio and hymn by Nanini

12:30 - 1:45 Group vocal session 2: recombine 4 parts to blend and polish Missa Della Battaglia and hymns for Sunday.

2:00 - 2:45 Picnic lunch in the church backyard - sandwiches and salad. Included in Meal Package.

2:45 - 4:00 Organists session with Fr. Casimir in choir loft. Directors session with Dr. Bradley Thompson on technique while singers work with Michelle Thompson on vocal improvement. Last part of session will combine both groups for directors' "hands-on" with singers and critique.

4:00 - 5:00 Open sing/music exchange.

5:15 - 5:45 Practice for Vespers, for those interested.

6:00 Chanting of Vespers.

6:30 - 7:15 Catered buffet - barbecue, cole slaw, potatoes. $12/adult.

7:15 - 9:00 Feedback session, Q&A, Open Mic part 2.

Sunday

8:00 - 8:40 Practice for Mass (Missa Della Battaglia).

8:40 - 9:00 Rosary in the church.

9:00 - 10:30 High Mass.

10:30 Coffee and pastries available in St. Joseph Hall.

11:30 Optional field trip to see and play a pipe organ in the Denver area. We will be allowed 2 hours with the organist.

Volleyball at Panorama Park, located near the church.

~2:30 Field trip participants return to the church.

6:00 Chanting of Vespers.

Friday

8:00 Start at 8 with breakfast, followed by Rosary in the church.

9:00 - 10:15

and Morning vocal sessions - men and women working separately on Biebl's Ave Maria .

10:30 - 11:45

12:00 Lunch and recreation

1:00 - 2:15

and Afternoon vocal sessions, recombining parts to work on Biebl's Ave Maria and Nanini's Diffusa Est.

2:30 - 3:15

3:15 - 5:00 Free time / recreation.

5:00 Practice for 6pm Mass.

6:00 High Mass.

7:00 Dinner.

7:30 Open Mic

Saturday

8:00 Warmup and practice for High Mass, followed by Rosary in the church.

9:00 High Mass.

10:30 Breakfast.

11:00 - 12:30 Vocal sessions, men and women separately on Wilton's Felix Namque Est.

12:45 - 2:00 Vocal sessions, recombining parts on Felix Namque Est.

2:00 Lunch

2:45 - 3:30 Session for directors, working with Dr Bradley Thompson. Directors, prepare to direct O God of Earth and Altar and/or Diffusa Est.

Session for organists, working with Fr Casimir in choir loft.

Session for singers, master class with Michelle Thompson. Bring a piece to sing!

3:30 - 4:00 Recombine singers and directors for director practice.

4:00 Open sing / music exchange / recreation.

5:15 Practice for Vespers.

6:00 Chanting of Vespers.

6:30 Barbecue dinner.

7:00 Feedback session, Q&A, Open Mic part 2.

Sunday

8:00 Practice for Mass followed by Rosary in the church.

9:00 High Mass.

10:30 Coffee and pastries.

11:30 Gather for field trip to local pipe organ demonstration.
